Use on Lamb Chops, Lamb Roast and Turkey
2 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of dry white wine, 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, 1/3 cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of finely chopped fresh mint or crushed dry mint and 2 cloves of garlic (minced or pressed)
Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in dry white wine, white wine vinegar, honey, mint and garlic.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
