Is there ever going to be an end to the endeavor of acquiring that perfect, succulent BBQ sauce recipe. I sure hope not. When ever an enjoyable task is completed there will never be a chance to resurrect it. Perfection is just what it is and how do you improve on that. Just keep searching for that exquisite flavor or tang and keep keep it what it is. The search is the hobby-not the destination.
Here is one that will get the quest rolling again.
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce (I use Texas Pete)
1 Tablespoon (TBS) Paprika
1 TBS Black Pepper
1 TBS Kitchen Salt
2 TBS Yellow Mustard (French's) Click here to view the total article.Mix well, let sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 to 48 hours before serving for best results. I blend it in my food processor, that's why it's about 16 ounces total.
