BBQ Pulled Pork Crock-Pot Recipe For Busy People

Here’s a tasty BBQ pulled pork Crock-Pot recipe that is perfect for people with a busy work schedule. With just a little bit of preparation, you can pop this into the Crock-Pot in the morning and have dinner ready when you get home. You will need about five pounds of pork shoulder for this recipe from Chow Test Kitchen.

1. Make a bed of sliced onion, sliced garlic and chicken broth in the bottom of your Crock-Pot.

2. Make a rub with chili powder, salt, cumin, brown sugar and cinnamon.

3. Season the meat, making sure to get the rub into all of the nooks and crannies.

4. Place seasoned pork shoulder into the Crock-Pot and cook on low for at least eight hours.
