Grilled Tilapia With Riced Cauliflower Recipe

As we get older we start looking to blend healthy with our old life style.  We start ordering our seafood baked instead of deep fried.  The wisdom in this thinking probably is a natural trend that older souls lean towards because of ease of digestion.  Tilapia, being the new fish on the block, substitutes for some of the more traditional choices such as walleye or trout, but it looks interesting to say the least.

    1.5 to 2 pounds of fresh tilapia
    1 head cauliflower
    1 lime, zest and juice
    3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
    3 tablespoons organic unrefined coconut oil, divided
    1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
