Recipe For BBQ Pulled Pork Using Your Crock-Pot

This recipe for BBQ pulled pork is so easy that it can cook itself while you sleep. With a little preparation and a Crock-Pot, you can let the delicious flavors soak in all night without the need to stand around and watch. 1. Mix a rub with brown sugar, chili powder, salt and anything else you might have in your cabinet. Whether you prefer sweet or spicy, mixing the rub gives you an opportunity to make this recipe your own.

2. Season the meat in a bowl and then place it in a sealed plastic bag. Let the meat marinate in your refrigerator for a full 24 hours.

3. Place the meat in your Crock-Pot and add apple cider vinegar and plenty of liquid smoke.

4. Add barbecue sauce and cook on low for 12 hours.
